In this episode Chef Colin Ambrose joins Chef Scott Mason of Ketchum Grill and Guide Bryant Dunn of Sun Valley Outfitters for a day on the Big Wood River in Idaho. After a day of dry fly fishing for big western trout, they enjoy a shore lunch of fresh Lamb Kebabs with Israeli Couscous prepared by Scott and Colin.
